Returns
Returns/exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date shown on your purchase receipt. If you are exchanging your item for another, please indicate which item you would like in the exchange/return form that was included in your purchase. Please note that if you are exchanging for a higher priced item, your credit card will be billed the additional funds (including shipping charges). If you are requesting an exchange due to defects in the original garment, your shipping of the new item will be covered by dik. All other exchanges will be charged shipping as per new item orders.
Merchandise can only be returned/exchanged if it has been unworn, unwashed, the original packaging is intact, and any/all tags are still in place. dik Undergarments reserves the right to refuse excessive and/or bad faith returns. If the garment is returned due to a defect in the manufacturing, based on our assessment, you will be reimbursed for shipping expenses (ground, regular service only). For all other returns you are responsible for shipping charges.
Returned merchandise is refunded via cheque. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and mailing of the refund. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
Please ensure you use a reputable shipping company for all exchanges and returns. All returned/exchanged items must be shipped pre-paid. Any COD deliveries will be denied.
